hey guys. i tried searching forums for solution, but i couldn't find any, so i made a new thread. sorry if i did overlook one.

i just got droid incredible 2 (replaced from original one), and i love it. but i have one trouble... when i tried to pair it with my macbook, it gives out the error message, and after the message, the setting menu for bluetooth won't open up. no matter how much i tried, it won't. i thought it was a software bug, so i did a factory-reset and tried again, but same error would pop up.

right now i decided not to use bluetooth, but i miss the convenience of sending files from macbook to incredible 2 without having to use cable. was wondered if there's any reason, solution, or similar to this problem?

thanks in advance!

What rom are you running? I am gonig to try with my macbook now, i normally use the usb.

EDIT...

ok, turn blue tooth on on your phone, and make it discoverable. then on your mac go to bluetooth and set up bluetooth device. you will see your adr6350 pop up, then go through steps. did it first try for me. hope this helps

i have the original stock. i rooted older htc droid incredible and eh, didn't quite saw the benefits, so i decided to stick with original one...

that's what i did - turn on the bluetooth on the phone (i named it rasui), made it discoverable, and attempted to pair with my macbook through bluetooth manager. i get the pin number fine, and as soon as i enter it on the phone, it pops the error and then forever lock away.

i'm afraid to try again because if i do, i know i'd end up having to do factory reset to have it 'back' to normal
