Trying to clear upload notification?

I tried to change my facebook profile picture about a week ago and the upload notification is still on my phone. It never uploaded and I can't figure out how to get rid of it. I've deleted my facebook app and downloaded it back, let my phone die, everything but reset it to factory settings. Is there anything I can do to get it off without resetting my phone? I really don't want to lose anything and have to download it all again. Thanks.

Settings > Applications > Manage applications > Facebook > Clear data, and if it's still available press Clear cache, but I believe clear data will fix the issue... then Power off, leave off for about a minute, then power up. You will probably have to log back into Facebook, since it should totally clear your login credentials from your phone.

Also, check Settings->Data manager->Social applications, and make sure the box isn't checked for "Sync over Wi-Fi only." If it was checked, then your phone may have been waiting for you to go on Wi-fi before uploading.

I have the same problem. I guess this should be corrected with future updates. For now, try to upload using the htc sense. When uploading using regular facebook option, I get 2 notification bars. 1 goes away when completed and the other stay stuck on zero or sometimes half way on a certain percentage.

When I restart my EVO lte, the extra upload notification bar goes away.
