Trying to connect to wrong WiFi

Okay so this is weird there are two places I go to that are close to each other but far enough away where I log into one Wi-Fi in one location and then when I get to the next location I log into that Wi-Fi both are free for some reason when I go to the second location it is populating the other location even though it has the right name and information and it will not connect.

I've also elected in settings to forget both networks

Why can't you just forget the first place when you leave it.
