Trying to figure out my total monthly bill

I'm currently in the process of making the decision to switch to Verizon from T-Mobile. I was wondering if anyone
with an individual Verizon plan would be willing to share their total monthly bill price? I'm trying to get the closest
estimate possible. Preferable if you have the new 'share everything' plan, but I'll take any individual account, since
I'm doing this more to find out about taxes and regulatory fees and such. If you could provide a separate total for
your taxes and fees, that would be ideal.

Well if you're a new customer to Verizon you would only be able to sign up for Share Everything.
