Trying to figure out what app this is

So I have a Sprint Hero and have seen this app a few times while surfing around. Its the top app with all the toggles for GPS, Wifi, Bluetooth, ect. Is that a specific device app or is it something I can get through Market? What app is this?

Did it come pre-installed with your phone? If you downloaded it yourself, you can see it in the My Downloads section of Market.

There is a stock verision on the droid. Long press on the home screen and select widgets. I would check there. The market has several different types. The one I use is from beautiful. it has seperate widgets for each item you want to control.

That looks exactly like the stock power control widget on the Droid prior to the 2.0.1 update (now it's black).

So that Widget is Droid only?

it should be in all android devices

the droid one is prettier as it's been redrawn in 2.0.1 and is black and higher res looking.

i've only played with 1.6+ devices though, so maybe 1.5 doesn't have it?

Maybe, but there is something comparable (even better, in my opinion) in the Market called Quick Settings. It does all those icons and more. And it's not a widget so it doesn't take up screen real estate when you're not using it.

Checked all over my Hero and didn't find it. I guess its a droid only widget. I like how its just all of the options I need in one bar, instead of different icons.

it was definitely a widget that was in the mytouch, so it's not droid only, however it might be only in 1.6+ devices.

htc needs to release an update already
