Android Central Question

I recently got a Note 9, will provide additional specs as needed.

I set up Spotify and enabled Bluetooth, and ever since then my phone has been auto-responding to any messages I receive with "I'm driving. --Sent from my car.", even if I'm parked but the car is on.

I've tried to find settings for this function to make changes to it, and most of what I've found suggests going into a "Driving Mode," which I don't have.

A few things I've seen have suggested using various apps.

What do I need to do to find the settings for this?

Haven't done enough testing but it seems to be happening with or without Spotify and/or Bluetooth on.

I would think that settings should be accessible regardless?

Try going into phone settings and type in search bar reset then tap , go to reset settings and see if it helps

Alright I'll try that, but before I do, what exactly is that resetting? I might just deal with it depending on what I'd have to re-input / establish on other apps not related to this issue.

So that would include any changes I've made to my system settings across the board, but would still preserve data and cache? That doesn't sound too bad, if it works.

Which car do you have? Some cars have this as an option in the car system's menu. I recall something like this when I rented an Altima.
