Trying to give root permission to Alcatel One Touch pixi three

So I am trying to root my phone this way I can transfer my apps to my SD card fully. Model number A463BG. Android 4.4.2. . please help

Rooting will not let you "transfer your apps to your SD card fully", in fact, it has nothing to do with whether the developer turned off "Move to SD card" or not. It will allow apps that won't run without root permission to run - but they're running now, and without root permission, so you evidently don't have any apps that require root permission.
