Trying to record quiet audio and Samsung S10+ keep notifying me by vibrate that sounds are too low!

Help!
Samsung Voice Recorder. in Conference mode (stereo capture)
I've tried different apps on google play, all that I've tried capture one mic and up to 44.1 Hz while Samsung voice recorder captures at 48Hz

Please assist,
