Trying to replace the glass on my S4 Samsung Active, can I get some help?

trying to replace the glass on my s4 samsung active

my glass is fully shattered and its taking ages to remove, I have searched everywhere to find something that will help me out am I doing the right thing or is it best to replace the whole thing as in glass and Lcd screen, all I want to do is just replace the screen that's all

If you're having a hard time with this, maybe you should take it into a repair shop rather than attempting to do this yourself.
