Trying to set song from external SD card as ringtone....

I just downloaded the Jelly Bean system upgrade and am trying to set a song from my external SD card as my ringtone. All of the Youtube videos I'm finding don't address how to do this using Jelly Bean and I'm getting really frustrated. How do I copy the song to a folder I created in my internal storage files? When I press and hold the song, no "copy" option pops up.

There are some apps that will allow you to do that. IIRC PowerAmp is one. And it's also a pretty nice music player too.
