Trying to watch a football game using Chromecast and WatchESPN. I get an error.

I'm using my Galaxy Tab 4 using the same setup I used last year. Everything worked fine, but this year I get "WatchESPN Playback Error 0066:No Account returned from UPDA. I can use my Galaxy S6 or my wife's to do the same thing and have no problem. So what's goin on with the Tab 4?
