Trying to Wipe my semi rooted S8

[Android Central Question]

My girlfriend added dr.fone, mirrorgo, mobilego, mightytext, dr.fone for android, fonepaw, to basically try and see all my old deleted crap. needless to say she found some things I thought were deleted but not all. I want to properly and completely wipe my phone clean and restore it back to look exactly like it does now minus the old hidden crap. I ran a root checker from googleapp store and it says the device is not rooted properly which is why I think she didn't see more. What is my best course of action to try and wipe my phone properly and restore it back to look like it does now.
