Here’s a quick run down with photos.

I was hoping this would fit the EVO LTE with a case and fortunately it does. I initially was just going to use it with my Dizitronic TPU case. I also ended up ordering the Ventev Case located here: - Amazon.com: Ventev Edge Holster/Case Combo for HTC EVO 4G LTE (White/Gray): Cell Phones & Accessories

For those of you with other cases, you can measure to see how your case compares to the Ventev. The dimensions of the EVO LTE with the Ventev case on it are 141(L) x 76(W) x 14(H) mm and it just fits snugly in the Tune Belt Armband.

The photos pretty much tell the whole story. You can see there are access holes at the bottom of the band that allows you to feed headphones through if you need to. In addition the blue Tune Belt tab is actually a Velcro tab as well that can be used to secure your extra head phone wires. I’ll be using Bluetooth the whole time so I don’t have to worry about it.

You’ll notice the top does not actually “close” or seal. This isn’t an issue if you have any type of case on your EVO as the case grips the inside enough to secure the phone inside. If your EVO is naked, I might be a little concerned with it being able to slide out of the case under certain circumstances.
I’ve included photos with the blue silicone case so you can see it better. I also got a photo in there with the Ventev (white) case. The silicone case does catch the inside of the band a little more due to the grippy nature, but nothing troublesome.

Some of the Amazon reviews mentioned the Velcro getting weak over time and I can see that happening as the Velcro isn’t the “heavier” Velcro that I’ve seen used on other items. Also, I have about 16 inch biceps right now and the band just fits about right. I’m working out now, so I went ahead and ordered the band extender since it’s only about a $1.50 more.

Let me know if you have any questions!

Which version of the TuneBelt are you using? It seems both the AB85 and AB86 might accommodate this phone (I also use the blue silicone case that HTC/Sprint shipped to the pre-order group) best fit for the device and without too much play allowing it to move around.

I am currently using the Belkin Dual Fit armband (found it on clearance one day in Target) which does OK but has a lot of glare on the window making it difficult to see the display when I'm riding on sunny days. Also, it plays havoc with the camera shutter button when it's unlocked which has on more than one occasion uploaded hundreds of photos to my dropbox account (which of course are just blank pictures of the inside of the Belkin case). It's a nice snug fit but I know I can do better.

Nevermind.:-[ Just found my answer going through the pictures on Imgur (thanks for all the super clear shots!). I see that the case is the AB85. Makes sense since the AB86 is spec'd for phones 5 - 5.4" in length and with the silicone case, the E4GLTE comes in just about 5.5 inches.
