This used to be one of my favorite apps
When I had my IPhone 4, there would sometimes be the problem of a stream buffering and then starting from the very beginning. Frustrating! Then, I believe with updates to the Ios version of the app, this stopped and all was right with the world
Well, I switched to the HTC One about a month ago, and this bug has reoccurred with vengeance!
Sent a few emails to their support with no reply whatsoever
Has anyone else experienced this bug and/or bad customer service from their support ? , (it seems to be case of, why should we worry about the occasional user with a problem when there are thousands rating us 5 stars but I don't know )
