Turbo no longer turbo charges

Well, that didn't work. Charger works on another Turbo.
Any other ideas other than factory reset?

Let the phone discharge until it reaches a low charge level (say, less than 10%. If you can stand it to the point where it warns you that it is going to shut down. that might be better.) Do a full charge (however slow it is) until it reaches full charge without unplugging the phone. (You can unplug after it's fully charged.) That may reset/recalibrate the charging cycle circuitry.

Beyond that - FDR to see if it gets better. If not, it's likely a hardware failure.

That's been done for like the past week... Lol..
Spoke with Verizon tech support. I have to jump thru a few hoops and then a new phone is mine if they don't work. Unfortunately I'm backing **** up in preparation for factory reset right now.

Note: Verizon Cloud totally sucks. Google photos backs up OK... So far.

If you have a computer, backing up photos and videos will be a lot faster copying via USB connection. That said, post-FDR, leave Google Photos backup on (or use Dropbox, if you use that service). That way things get backed up as you create them so you don't have to wait out a big update, and, obviously, the pain of a lost/stolen/broken phone that wasn't backed up will be greatly diminished.

Lost my contacts with factory reset. Yadayada, tech support, 2nd tier tech support and got them back. Verizon Cloud now working correctly.
But still no turbo charging.
New(reconditioned) Turbo on the way...
