There are two Screen Timeouts: One where the phone turns off, and one where the background is still on, but the display is dimmed and you have to drag a lock icon to interact with the screen again but not a PIN.
I don't know the specific name of the second type. The only way I've found to adjust the time before the screen dims and semi-locks is when it is in effect. The problem is that I turned it completely off, and now I can't find anywhere else to turn it back on. Can anyone tell me how to turn it back on please?
