Turn camcorder sounds off

I am looking for a way fo turn the camcorder sounds off with a settings selection option similar to the way you can on the camera by editing tbe feature.xml file. I found this method here, http://forums.androidcentral.com/sprint-galaxy-s-iii-rooting-roms-hacks/189791-how-turn-off-your-shutter-sound-2-minutes-4.html, but I did not see anything inside the file that would effect the camcorder.

I know I can change the filename sounds in /system/media/audio/ui but this doesn't get rid of the focus sound. I also could use Tasker but this is just another process running in the background draining my battery. I don't know why the manufacturers make common sense things like this so difficult.

I would imagine that any sounds related to camera/video operation would be in the /system/media/audio/ui folder. Look closer and rename the suspects one by one until you find it.

I already have. I went so far as to remove every sound file from that folder but the focus sound remains just as it did for the camera. I am trying to find a method similar to editing the feature.xml file to get rid it because that was the only thing that worked for the camera.
