I mean like airplane mode but i can still use wifi but not the GSM.

You can turn WiFi back on after entering airplane mode and the phone will stay off. There are some apps on play store that can break the link permanently, I.e. so that WiFi will not be turned off at all when you turn airplane mode on. Here's one:

Turn off Mobile data in the quick settings menu. Just remember to turn it on when you leave the WiFi hotspot
