turn off Google Assistant from home button

Is that possible? Getting real tired of Google Assistant being triggered when my phone is in my pocket, sometimes even when it's locked!

I remember back when I used my s9+ it was in settings >apps>3 dots upper right corner tap it>default apps
I don't know if pie changed it or Android 10 but don't have my s9+ with me to verify , can later when I get home .
