Turn Off Haptic In Camera?

I have haptic turned off in the system settings. However, when i go to the camera haptic is active. This hasn't been the case with any other Nexus/Pixel phone that I've had. I can't find a setting to turn this off. Suggestions?

Haptic feedback feels like little electrical shocks and annoys me.

On pixel 4, one of my friends enabled 'Mute shutter sounds' in Camera app settings to solve this and it was successful. I don't know if Pixel 5 has this feature. Just check and give it a try
