Turn off new messaging features

Every time I turn this on my messages to another Samsung phone gets messed up. I have to toggle back and forth between sms and it's a pain anyone know how to permanently delete this feauture?????

No it's not in the secure folder I don't use tthe secure folder at all

Open messages, tap the three dots in the upper right and then choose chat settings, it's in there.
