turn phone off, charge it, recovery turns on..

Everytime I turn my evo shift off and plug it in, it boots clockwork.... why is it doesn't this????!!!(permrooted)

This is a side effect of this recovery hopefully it will get worked out soon.

Others have flashed the stock recovery for when they aren't actually using clockwork, then flash clockwork back when they want to boot to recovery for a backup or rom swap. It seems to be a problem with clockwork recovery. I never shut my phone down, so it isn't an issue for me.
