turning a phone in with replaced back

ok so I dropped my phone last night and it has 2 cracks on the back and to be able to upgrade the phone it need to be crack free has any one had a problem trading a phone in with a replaced back to the provider

As long as it looks and functions according to the terms and conditions you should have no problem at all. (No signs of physical damage, phone turns on and no custom ROMS installed).
