Turning off 5g?

So I purchased the unlocked version of the note 20 ultra and about two three months ago my area went to 5G and to be honest the 5G is horrible the internet's slow it's just way too choppy around here and half the time the internet will just kind of cut off on me. I do deliveries for a living so I kind of need a stable internet connection or I won't get any orders. I tried flashing Verizon's firmware on the phone to see if that helped and it really didn't make a difference. All the way Verizon is set up the only way to force up 5G is by turning off HD calling and HD video which don't really want to do cuz the phone sounds like crap. I was wondering if I flashed the unlocked firmware back on here if that version will give me an option to just have 4G versus 5G?

I hate to ask but I flashed back to unlocked firmware and my phone is being very unpredictable.like today I got none of my notifications all night until I unlocked the phone in the morning they all came flooding in. I'm not sure if I flashed the correct software that originally came with the us unlocked ultra. Can you link me the right software?

Hi, did you use SM-N986U1 region XAA ?
Frija tool if you download from xda website and extract and open on your pc has the firmware

Yeah duh I just realized I think I did the euro version lol. I downloaded it off xda. Couldn't get frija to work. Do you know where I can download the proper one?

Ok so I used frija and it found me the same software I have on it already but I'm confused bc doest the "eu" in description me euro version? Shouldn't it be "sq" for the snapdragon version?
