Turning off Camera LED for Alarms and Calls?

Simple question, how do you turn off CAMERA (Not Notification) LED's for when Alarms and Calls come in. Sucks, just almost got me in trouble at 2AM at work. I work in a hospital and my Fiance called, while I was taking phone out of pocket a family member thought I was taking a picture of her mother. >_>

settings, general, accessibility, flash alerts I believe. Mine was not checked and has not flashed for a call.
