turning off wifi

Every time I access the internet on the phone, WiFi turns on. I try to keep it off but it automatically turns on. Is there anything I can do?

after it automatically connects itself, scroll down the wifi list and select "do not automatically connect wifi"

it will try to remind you one time after each time you turn it off. then it will leave you alone until the next time to reconnect to wifi.

Hmmm I tried but it still comes on. I really like this phone but that feature is very annoying. I don't usr WiFi so the reminder is useless

I own this phone. If I uncheck the wifi box, and select do not automatically connect, and then do not remind, it completely stops. All I can tell you is to make sure you follow all these steps.
