Turning on Notification LED

Call me stupid, slow or whatever, but how the hell do you turn on the notification LED?

yeah i'd like to know this also, i see another thread bout the notification light being barely noticable but i dont see mine AT ALL. anyone help?

thought it only turned on when there was something that needed notifications aka email, software updates, etc...

when i get text messages or put the phone to charge i dont see the led flash

woops forget it i see what happened, i bought the double protector and the silicone part covers the led notification light

just a quick question also, the notification LED does NOT light up when charging right?

yep doesnt light up when charging but it might light up if you have the setting to notify you when fully charged to 100%.
