TV app not working in India

India is not showing in the country list making the app useless. Can anyone throw some light on how to get this working.

With TV app HTC has to have some kind of cooperation with your local cable provider, and not all cable provider has API to interface their channel lineup and schedule for HTC to grab. That being said all is not lost as you can still use the TV App only minus the remote. Just select any country that is closest to you that is available, example I'm from Indonesia and geographically Singapore is very close and as it happens one of Singapore cable provider provides almost the same channel lineup with my local provider. You can then select which channel you have with your local provider and have their schedule updated on your phone. This in a way provides you with a nice channel program lineup on your phone which you can use as reminder or just to browse what's on at the moment. The only drawback is that you cannot use the phone as a remote from Sense TV but you can always grab a third party remote.

With the 4.3 update India has been included in the list of countries and the app is now functional.
