AT&T is my Mobile Carrier for the last six years. My current android phone is a Google Nexus 5 running Lollipop 5.1 stock, NO ROOT ( screenshot #1 ). After 5.1 upgrade via OTA a notification window regarding Hangouts began to show up at my Nexus 5 screen no matter what I am doing at the time ( screenshot # 2 ). Yes, Hard Factory Data Reset and then Cache Partition Clean, unfortunately the Hangouts notification window survive the Hard Factory Data Reset and the Cache Partition Clean. This issue is a Bug of Lollipop 5.1, the funny thing is that I never use Hangout and is disabled at my Nexus 5. Last week a terrible battery drain attack all of a sudden and then I proceed to tweaks tweaks and battery live is better ( screenshot # 3 ). Nexus 5 battery is a small one, if not wrong 2200 or 2300 mAh. In my old mind maybe and just maybe a bigger battery is the way to go but I don't like big phones as Nexus 6 or Note 4. No Motorola Droid Turbo 3900 mAh battery, 5.2 screen at AT&T so.... My two year renewal contract with AT&T is rule after May 8 2015. I am going after a Samsung Galaxy S6, 64GB, Black. It's going to be my first Samsung smartphone. I am open to learn from the S6. After HTC ONE X, HTC ONE X+, HTC ONE M7, LG G2 and Nexus 5 I am an experienced tweaks tweaks old Android freak man. Don't take me wrong, I would be happy at 2015 with a perfect new flagship phone out off the box but maybe this is not a reality. In my six years experience with Android phones I learn to not expect too much of Google Android Platform Upgrades. Maybe and just maybe the next 5.1.1 upgrade or the next next 5.2 may or may not solve battery or others issues, I don't know. What I know is that I am ready to ramble with the Samsung Galaxy S6.
