twicca question

Hello, new to Android & Forum (digging both). Just retired my iPhone 4 and missing Tweetbot a little, as a result I am trying various twitter apps (don't care for official one).

I really like twicca's UI - but have a question.

"Can anyone explain how to setup RT w/comments? So far every way I have changed settings results in my RT posting W/O the ability to add my comment BEFORE it posts."

Am I missing something here?

Does it not have this option?

This seems like an option that is pretty standard, but may be not?
