Twitter app issues

Anyone else having trouble with their twitter app? It logs me out each time I close app and once I log in I get this screen. My WiFi is working fine. I've tried uninstall and install new one. My account works online just not through the app. Any ideas?

I'm on Verizon with a Samsung Note 8.
