Twitter Notifications Not Working

Running Android 10 on Samsung Note 10+

I'm not receiving any notifications from Twitter. They're enabled in the app. From in the app I see that I have new notifications, but they are NOT being pushed to my device.

I just uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail.

Thoughts?
