two issues nedd some help with

Hey guys (and girls) I'm having some issue with my voice mail icon. after i retrieve the message and delete it the icon will not go away,then when i check my phone before i unlock the screen it says i have a voice mail but i don't. has anyone else had this problem before.

the second problem I'm having is I've been trying to download shopper from the market place however it never starts the download, it's just stuck.

I assume you mean the icon in the status bar at the top.

Pull down the notification window and hit the "Clear" button. That should remove the new email notification. Also, if you're checking your VM by going to the phone and speed-dialing 1, it may not clear the notification. You could also try pulling down the notify window and selecting the VM line to dial your VM.

Can't help you with the shopper download though. Sorry.
