Two Questions: How is the Camera and How is the speaker

I would love to hear a review on the speaker and camera . Taking pictures of my kids in one of my major uses of my Galaxy Nexus and listening to tunes is probably second.

Most of the expert reviews online state that 1) The camera is Average and shutter speed is slow. (If I was looking at good camera I would go for a gs3 or something similar)
2) Speaker seems to be decent from all the Motorola devices that I've had and has usually been a bit louder than comparable Samsung devices.

When you say speaker, I'm assuming you mean the loudspeaker and not the audio clarity of the device in general. If so Motorola is known for their excellent call clarity

I have owned a lot of Moto devices, X, X2, Droid 2, Droid 3, and Bionic.....I just am hoping that they have improved the camera. I have heard mixed reviews from the Razr M. As long as the camera is on par with the Nexus I will be happy. I do not want Touch Wiz.... No samsungs phones for me again unless it is a Nexus
