Two questions re Tab S 10.5

Hi,

I am new to the forum and have just purchased a new Tab S 10.5. I hope someone can help me with the following;
1. When forwarding an email how do I delete the attached email addresses in the received email?

2. When I review my contacts under "CONTACTS" they are perfect. When I am sending an email and I touch the "To" section the contact info there contains a lot of emails I deleted and a lot of duplicates? How do I clean this up?

Some devices or email apps will not allow you to edit FORWARDED messages. That way you cannot alter the info in the forward, removing context or misquoting the original author.

It sounds as if there is a cache somewhere that contains the older email addresses. So finding where to empty caches would be a start.
