Two Questions

1) Is there a way to changed the 'docked' apps. Like right now how it's phone, sms, browser, camera?

2) Are there any apps that work for switching the LED colour yet?

1) Yes, but it must be done from the app drawer, which is that circle-full-of-dots icon in the middle. Get to the app drawer from that, then drag the app icon into the dock.

2) Don't think that's possible, at least without rooting. (And maybe not even then)

Well you answered my most pertinent question. Thanks for that, I feel stupid I didn't find that out on my own. I'm sure there will be an app update that allows LED customization shortly.

Don't feel stupid. I'm an avid smartphone user and have been since the treo days and I still had to ask on here how in the hell to change the dock apps.....

I don't think the HTC One's LED colors can be changed.

Ya know, I never have changed the colors of the notification light even though I bought lightflow a few years ago. The only thing I'm peeved at is the SIZE of the light....it's to freakin' small !!

About the dock, I think 4.2.2 will make this more regular, at least from what I've read and seen on YouTube.

I actually like the way they have designed the dock over the standard Android way. I used to accidentally pulling an app off the dock every once in awhile with my other phones. With the One, they stay put. Also, with the short cut way of launching an app from the lock screen by pulling the app up from the dock, I am certain I would be accidently pulling apps off the dock a lot more now than before. So, I am one who hopes they leave it the way it is. Once I got used to it, I actually prefer it.

Hell. Even some early full time reviewers hadn't figured it out. I saw two video reviews which they claimed it could not be done. Well. It can. So. No. Need to feel out of the loop about it.
