Is there anyway that my droid X can sync with my Microsoft Outlook calendar?

Also, when want to send a picture or a file, it defaults to my Yahoo mail account, can I have everything sent from my comcast account which I also have on the droid?

How to Sync your Outlook Calendar, Google Calendar and Android Phone Calendar

Go into the comcast email account that you want to use as default. Settings>Account settings>Make default. Go into the yahoo account and uncheck this option.
