two text sizes in browser

anybody have an idea as to what causes this? i've only noticed this on the reddit site so far.
the text starts out small, then goes bigger as you go down the page.

and this happens with both the stock and chrome browser.

i finally figured it out.
menu button>settings>screen and text>text booster
uncheck the text booster option
