Two versions?

I'm looking at getting the Nexus 7 2013 and I'm a little confused. I'm looking at two stores and they seem to be carrying a two different types. :-\ One is the standard one with the same amazing specs that are on the official specsheet .
Then there's another one, a little bit cheaper, that according to the website has 7,0" IPS+ WXGA 1920x1080 FHD display and 2GB DDR3LM 800MHz, instead of 1600 MHz. Also Bluetooth 3.0.
What's that about about? Is it a mistake or is there a different version?

My assumption is either mistakes (in the case of the bluetooth and wifi connections) or more information than presented (like on RAM), but I don't see anything that makes me think it's not real, etc or a separate version.

I went to the store and they indeed have that strange spec sheet right by the tablet. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to ask a salesman. This must be a mistake, I've not seen any Nexus device elsewhere with those specs.
Also, I've seen online the Nexus 7 sometimes referred to as Nexus 7 FHD.
