I cant wait!!
___________
Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 edge pre-orders to start on March 27 in the US?

We all know that the Galaxy S6 and S6 edge won't be released before April 10 in the US (just like in other parts of the world). What we don't know is when the two new Samsung flagship smartphones will be available to pre-order Stateside, since there's been no official word on the matter. But a Reddit user may have revealed precious details about this.

Reportedly, Best Buy will accept pre-orders for the S6 and S6 edge on March 27. Moreover, another Reddit user (who claims to be a Samsung employee) says that customers who pre-order an S6 or S6 edge for Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint should receive a free wireless charging pad that will normally cost $49.99.

Obviously, for now we can't confirm these details. However, since Samsung is already accepting pre-orders for the S6 and S6 edge in some markets, we're expecting the same thing to happen soon in the US, too.

Off contract prices for the cheapest Galaxy S6 variant (32 GB) could start at $699.99, while the S6 edge 32 GB might cost $799.99. So, who's looking forward to buying Samsung's new Galaxies?

Posted this earlier. Glad to see someone else has picked up on this. I will defiantly be stopping by Best Buy next Friday.

Whoops sorry bro, probably should have scrolled down to see it.
Ill ge getting my str8 from AT&T since I have an AT&T Next Upgrade. I'll have to pay for an upgrade which is $400 now, but I can surely sell my Z3 for atleast $500

I'm assuming carriers will do preorders around that time too. I'm guessing release two weeks after that which seems logical.

I wonder how many pre-order numbers they will hit since they did well with OCONUS pre-orders.

Just called Best Buy
Pretty much confirmed they will be accepting pre-orders end of next week
Will be preordering mine as soon as available

Race you to the store. Unfortunately, I can't get there until lunch time on Friday.

Just back from Best Buy. Sales reps confirmed the March 27th pre-order date. If you pre-order at Best Buy, they will throw in a Samsung wireless charging pad. Only 100 stores have a situation where you can go in and test in person.

I wish I could know the prices!! I am still not sure if I should switch to ATT or stick with the dreaded sprint. but then again my contract doesn't end till 7/15 :-\ Hope it isnt that much cause I will be getting 2

Just got back from an AT&T corporate store and they told me release on Apr. 10 and pre-order starts March 27th. They said their samsung rep was in the store yesterday going over the phone with them. AT&T people couldn't stop raving about it.

It will probably be 199 on two years for the 32gb. Call att and talk to customer service. Can't hurt.
