U11 Gallery Feature?

Does the U11 have a gallery similar to the 8? I have the 10 and that has been the thing I have found lacking. I want to upgrade to the U11 but am checking on some features first.

Nope. HTC has moved on to using Google Photos as it's album manager. Which sucks.

well I rather like Google photos. I think they've done a pretty good job with the photo gallery and you get to upload unlimited photos. but that's just one man's opinion

I resisted at first too, but now actually like and use Google Photos. Really like their editing features and love the free storage, not for space on my phone, but to be able to see and edit or download any photo from any browser...

I figured they had not added back the gallery feature. I too have gotten used to using Google Photos. However, I do miss having the ease of the gallery to organize my photos quickly. I find Google Photos a bit unorganized. Perhaps it is just me. I have used it for years on my laptop with no issues but can't seem to get the hang of making folders on my phone.

I'm fine with G photos. But it's not as quick as the HTC Gallery was. If I take a photo and immediately delete it for whatever reason it gets confused and takes several seconds to complete the task.
