Just got my UAG Monarch in from Best Buy. It's my first UAG case and I really like it, great protection and not as big as a Defender case. The buttons work better than any case I've ever tried. It fits well with the Whitestone Dome Glass also.

The Defender is a good case I've been using one waiting on the UAG to become available.
This is the combo I was hoping for... UAG Monarch + Whitestone Dome glass. I have this case already, but was told it wasn't compatible with the Dome glass by a reviewer?
It works fine on mine, it's a close fit but I have pushed on the corners to test it out and it hasn't lifted the screen protector at all. Knock on wood LOL. I have the Samsung rugged case with kickstand also and that case is perfect with the Dome glass.

Did you preorder this from Best buy or is it in stock at your local store? I really want the Monarch red one.
I had pre ordered it from the UaG site but it was taking forever to ship. I just keep checking the Best buy web site every day to see if it was in stock. I got lucky one day I checked and ordered it and canceled the order at UaG.
I don't think the stores have gotten any in stock yet I couldn't find any when I was looking. I just checked the UaG site and it's back to a two week wait. I can see why they sell so fast, this is the best looking case I've ever had. The only thing that would make it better would be a deep blue LOL but the red is great too. Good luck I hope you can find one soon.

They have a deep blue one but it's the Plasma series uag. I really like how this Crimson looks

You can pick up the UAG Monarch case at most Verizon Retailer stores
(Not Verizon Corporate stores).
I purchased the black Monarch there a week or so ago.

I usually don't spend anywhere close to this much for cases LOL but this phone is something else

The Monarch case is $60 and it probably cost $5 or $6 to produce including labor, packaging, etc. at the most.
The cheaper cases I see on Alibaba for like $1.25 a piece if you buy 50 of them.
The markup on these cases are insane. Ones like the Unicorn Beetle probably cost just over a buck to make. Almost all the cases are made in China now on cheap labor. Some made in Mexico.

I just got my Monarch case today as well and I'm thrilled with it. The silly thing was I set it up to deliver to my work because I wasn't expecting to get it until next week however it said out for delivery today Saturday my work business is closed so I drove 48 miles to the post office by my work and picked it up. LOL

I've already tested this case twice today once at the grocery store when I accidentally dropped it it hit a metal beam then slid to the tile floor. The second time was when I had to jump out of the car quickly and the phone fell out of my pocket onto the gravel parking area I was at. Both times no phone damage and no case damage whatsoever.
