I have verizon note 8 and love it. but one importent fuction is not working. if i copy and paste multiple phone number from Excel to message recepient line, then reconized as only one number. iphone has no problem, reconized as all seperated phone number. i have to send text message from excel phone list, and excel phone data is update continually. is there any way or app to solve this problem? i tried several android message app, but every app has same problem. if android cannot do this job, then i have to return note 8 and go back to iphone.

I see you are new to the forums - welcome! I can understand your frustration with that particular situation. Perhaps Excel's transfer to SMS results in the phone not understanding that you are pasting in phone numbers and not a long numerical value.

You've said you've tried using multiple SMS apps - which ones have you tried?

They are apps that export Excel phone number lists to you Android device. Search for Excel contacts import export on the play store.

I'm not trying to import contacts. I'm trying to copy and paste multiple phone number directly from excel to message receipent line.

I created a sheet with 3 lines, numbers followed by a comma and a space.
I copied them then pasted into recipient in text app, then tapped the message box.
It shows that it is sending to 3 recipients.

What messaging apps have you tried? If you set up a separate account for just the purpose of Excel contacts you update that account periodically via import of Excel. Unless you literally get a new list of numbers every single day.
