Ugh... can't get to apps or watchfaces

I have a new Pebble Time intended to be connected to the Samsung GS6.
First Problem: Every time I tried to add watch faces or add apps, I connected to the pages but within 2 seconds of quickly seeing the page, I received the message: Service connection issue. If this persists, restart your Pebble app. It did persist. So I force-stopped the app...no change in issue. Cleared the cache, force-stopped, again several times. Still no change in issue. Finally, I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. That now brings be to second problem: I now can't even log into the app. I get an error that says "something went wrong, try again." I really want to love my Pebble Time, but it is making it very difficult right now. Can someone help me?
