When did you place the order? Have you tried calling them up and talking to them? Call up the number in the emails you got from them.
I called them up last weekend, and was able to get an upgrade to Overnight Shipping, and I just missed my UPS delivery today. Gotta go pick it up later in the evening.
Called them last night, they upgraded me to overnight and could only tell me it's in picking status. They just told me i'll have it by the end of the week. Just sucks that everyone has theirs and if you went direct, some have no luck.
I think I had my order in 'Picking' for a little less than a day before the order 'shipped'. I'm guessing you'll get your phone on Thursday. Good luck .
