uh oh... now nothing

So this morning I clicked to update some apps. I was searching on the web at the same time.
My phone decided it wanted to freeze. I hit the power button to turn the screen off thinking that would help except now the phone wont do anything.
Wont turn on, i hit and held the power button a few minutes and still nothing has anyone had this problem?

When your phone freezes like that, hold the power and volume down button at the same time for about 15 seconds. It will force the phoned to reboot. It's like a battery pull. If that doesn't work, take the phone back.
