Uh Oh - Phone Stuck On Boot Screen??

Something strange just happened.

I was inputting settings in an FTP application and the phone suddenly rebooted and now it it stuck on the Droid "Eye" and not doing anything.

I'm not even sure how to pull the battery. Is there a way to perform a hard reset?

well got the battery pulled and phone is now back up. That sure was strange. I wonder if I can get duplicate it.

If it happens again while using that app, I would uninstall it and use something else. Since the X is so new some apps are going to have issues with it until they are updated.
