I did send a slightly sour email to the CEO office on Friday but they haven't even bothered to recognise they received my complaint
well surprise surprise, came back home this evening and the latest update was waiting for me to click ok to install, so my sim free international is now updated, probably the last on the planet to get it but I guess late is better than never
it's nice to finally get the proper updates but what I would still l7ke to know is WHY it should take over 1 1/2 month before getting it on my sim free bought on pre-order at premium price compared to the discounted one I ended up buying two months later through my provider because the first one had to go in for a warranty thing, there is still questions to be answered by Samsung and I'll be pursuing it
