I'm guessing that is referring to the counter lawsuits that they both have fought in the courts. I don't necessarily think it's bad, they had to do something to let Apple know the weren't going to stand idle.

All this lawsuit crap makes me think Apple fears a repeat of what happened to them in the 80's. I think it will happen, but it will take a few years for the perception that iPhone are perfect to go away.

But they do make a pretty seamless product.
