No one seems to know. It could have been a bug fix.

According to XDA, it's the same as 9.0. Certification bumped it up to 9.1 for UK and France.

I'm downloading from oxygen updater 9.0.1

there's nothing in it for anyone other than uk/france. their 9.0 update was delayed due to carrier certifications and 9.0.1 is their Pie update. means nothing to anyone else, really.
